Cornerstone Community Housing (CCH) has a 25-year history of building exceptionally high quality housing in collaboration with surrounding neighborhoods and ultimately revitalizing communities. We know that a quality, dignified, affordable place to call home is more than just a basic need and housing is a critical component necessary for providing pathways out of poverty. We know housing is the bedrock of success for families and individuals and we feel that affordable housing providers are uniquely positioned to have a significant impact on low income households by delivering services at the front doors of the clients we serve.
Cornerstone is perhaps best known for our collaborative approach to delivering services and we rely on community partnerships with various non-profit and social service agencies. We bring together between 50-100 different social services throughout the year (city, county, nonprofit, for profit, social services and in-kind donors) to deliver an astonishing 25+ different programs. Our results are demonstrated in the success stories of residents we serve and in the numbers. Annual we track 20,000 visits to programs, 100,000 pounds of food is distributed by volunteers, and we deliver nearly 10,000 summer meals to children.
